Just in time for those of you who just love Valentine's Day and want to make something cute. I searched high and low for a pattern that I liked for making a crocheted heart, but nothing appealed for me.
I wanted my heart to be crocheted in the round, not in rows as in the patterns I found on Pinterest.
I had to make something myself!
And here it is, a Little Stuffed Crocheted Heart.
It was originally made for the little doll mommy in my life. I bought a doll bassinet in April for her, but right now, with her birthday last Monday, I thought it was necessary to finish redecorating it!
Enjoy the pattern!

Crocheting the hearts together
Take
your hearts and lay them wrong side together (right sides facing outwards)
Take
your other colour and attach the new colour at the ch sp at the bottom tip of
the heart. Pull through from back to front. Start crocheting the hearts together
by crocheting through both loops of both hearts.
Ch1,
sc once in the ch sp, sc once in the next 9 sc, *sc twice in the next sc, sc
once in the next sc*, repeat between ** three more times, sc once in next st,
sl st in next st, sl st in round below the last round (you will stick your
crochet hook in the corner dc just as you did in round 4), sl st in next st, sc
in next st, *sc once in next sc, sc twice in next sc*, repeat between ** three
more times, sc once in next 9 st, sc in ch sp at tip, DO NOT FASTEN OFF.
Note:
start filling your heart when you have about 5 sc to go. Stuff till firm.
Cut
your yarn, leaving about 7-8”. Slide bell onto yarn and slide the bell in front
of your work.
Sl
st in first sc, fasten off.
Weave
in ends
Attach
ribbon by pulling it through the slip stitch between the round parts of the
heart and make a pretty bow.
Please share if you made this cute heart!
Thank you for the little heart pattern. I'm going to make it this week.
