Evolution of Simple Things

 

A year ago, Little Lady had barely enough hair to make ponytails, now they are bouncing as she runs...

  

I learned so much about taking pictures by actually playing with my camera.

We learned to cope with bad weather and staying inside.

 

And learned to cope with hot weather. Or, if so to say, putting the right things in the garden to keep my sanity and the kids busy!

 

I have less WIPs in my basket, and that gives me so much pleasure and a more relaxed state of mind.

I am crocheting more in a "pull out, put away" way nowadays. And it really helps me with feeling satisfied about having done something (and had a bit of me-time) and actually I can get more stitches done than I would normally have!

All in all, life is more relaxed than it was last year. It seems to me I had the signs of burn out then already, but did not know or acknowledge them.

I can happily say now that I am doing much much better!
