MCAL Passiflora 2: Getting started

Materialen

3-4 bollen Katia Kathmandu

Haaknaald 6 mm en 8 mm

Gebruikte steken

Al hakend opzetten met vasten: 2 lossen, steek naald in 2^e l vanaf naald, omslag, doorhalen (losse gehaakt, 2 lussen op naald), omslag, haal door beide lussen heen. *steek naald in gemaakte losse, omslag, doorhalen (losse gehaakt, 2 lussen op naald), omslag, haal door beide lussen heen*, herhaal tussen ** tot je opzet lang genoeg is.

Gespleten vaste/Waistcoat steek: maak eerst een ronde van vasten. Keer, 1 keerlosse, steek naald tussen beide benen van een vaste in en maak een vaste. Herhaal voor iedere steek.

  
Patroon

Dit patroon is een recept voor een col met een omtrek van ongeveer 125 cm / 50” lang in het rond, die je 2x om je nek kan slaan. Het is telkens een herhaling van 1 steek, dus je hoeft geen rekening te houden met een meervoud van steken.

Keer je werk na iedere ronde, tenzij het patroon iets anders vermeld.

Maak de opzetketting en de waistcoat steek met een 8 mm haaknaald.

Ronde 1: Zet een ketting van ongeveer 165 lossen op of zet al hakend ongeveer 165 vasten op, sluit ronde met een halve vaste.

Ronde 2 – 5: 1 keerlosse, haak met de “waistcoat” steek in alle steken, sluit ronde met een hv in 1^e st.

Bij dit eerste deel is het vooral van belang dat je kijkt of je col past!

Materials

Crochet hook size 6 mm and 8 mm

Stitches

Foundation single crochet: ch2, insert hook in 2nd ch from hook, yo, pull through (made a ch, 2 loops on hook), yo, pull through 2 loops (1st fsc).  *insert needle in ch st, yo, pull through (ch st made, 2 loops on hook), yo, pull through 2 loops*,  repeat between ** until you have enough st.

Waistcoat stitch/ Split single crochet: insert hook between the legs of the next v, yo, pull through, yo, pull through both loops

Pattern

This pattern is a “recipe” pattern for a cowl with a circumference of about 50”, which can be wrapped around your neck twice.  It is a single stitch repeat so you do not have to worry about the amount of stitches or multiples.

Turn work after each round unless stated otherwise.

Crochet de FSC and the waist coat stitch with the 8 mm hook.

Round 1: Make a foundation single crochet chain or a normal chain with 165 stitches or as many stitches you need for a circumference of 50”, sl st in the first fsc to close round.

Round 2-5: Ch1, make a waistcoat st in each st, sl st in 1st st to close round.

It's a small part this week, just try and get it fitted to your taste.
